Birmingham Bullring announces Little Hearts Matter as their Charity of the Year

Little Hearts Matter  is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as the Birmingham Bullring’s Charity of the Year for 2016/2017. With a footfall of 35 million per year, the Bullring is one of the UK’s most successful shopping centres and we are thrilled about this new partnership.

As the shopping centre’s exclusive charity partner for the year, Little Hearts Matter will be hosting a series of fundraising activities in-centre, whilst the team at Bullring aim to raise funds for the charity too via a number of fundraising events and initiatives. Customers are also able to buy merchandise from the charity at the centre’s Customer Service Desk on the Upper West Mall for a small donation with all proceeds going straight to Little Hearts Matter.

Michaela Moore, General Manager at Bullring, commented: “We’re absolutely delighted to be able to announce Little Hearts Matter as our charity partner for 2016/17. It’s such a worthwhile charity providing support to families across the UK and is a cause that is very close to our hearts at Bullring. Throughout the next 12 months we look forward to working in partnership with the charity, which is the only one of its kind in the UK, to raise awareness and much needed funds.”

Suzie Hutchison, Chief Executive at Little Hearts Matter, added: “We are thrilled to be Bullring’s chosen charity partner. As a small charity this partnership will help us to raise much needed awareness of children with only half a heart with the general public. It’s an incredible opportunity and we are so grateful and look forward to a successful year.”
