Social Media Profile Frame

This custom photo frame is a simple, yet personalised way to share your support of the LHM Awareness Week with your community.

The more people who see our photo frame, the bigger chance we have of making our dreams a reality - a world that is inclusive and understanding of people living with a complex heart condition. Below you will find instructions on how to download the frame.

Step 1 - Go to the frame URL

Go to https://www.twibbonize.com/lhm or click here to jump there now.

Step 2 - Choose and upload your photo

Click the "Choose photo" button and then select the image you want to use. You may need to adjust the size of your image to fit inside of the frame.

Step 3 - Download your image

Once the image has successfully uploaded, you will be able to click a download button to save the image onto your device.

Step 4 - Upload your frame to social media

Now you can upload your customised photo frame to your social media profile image, to show your friends that you are supporting LHM.
