LHM Memorial Event 2026

Sunday 10th May, 10am start.

Join Little Hearts Matter at the annual In Memory Event.

Together we will remember the children, young people and adults we have lost on the half a heart journey.

We walk to the LHM memorial tree and share poems, prayers, music and thoughts while we hang our memorial hearts.

In the afternoon we will have lunch together (included) whilst we craft together before we bring the event to a close at 3pm.
