
Having worked in the third sector for over 30 years, I have hands on experience of the issues faced by charities and social enterprises. My clients often comment on how beneficial these insights are. I understand how lonely it can be as a CEO. And, how valuable it can be having access to someone who is impartial, yet focused on finding a positive outcome at all times. I find it a real privilege to spend time with individuals committed to personal development and their organisation’s on-going success.
I also deliver a variety of training courses focused around developing specific skills. These can be a useful addition to a personal development plan, or bespoke training for direct reports. Topics include: coaching skills, time management, change management, performance management, delegating and strategic planning.
