Welcome to the UK’s first ever messenger service for young people with a single ventricle heart condition.

A message for parents: The LHM Youth Hub is a web-based app designed to connect young people with half a working heart. It works like the messenger apps you are used to, but within the safety net of LHM. No ads, no unexpected friend requests, just a safe space for young people with half a working heart (7-11) to make new LHM friends and chat with our support mentors.
