Save the date. We’re delighted to announce the Little Hearts Matter Open Day will be taking place on March 23rd 2024 at Yarnfield Park in Staffordshire.

We’re creating a day filled with helpful presentations and workshops for LHM families as well as the chance for the LHM community to come together and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the charity.
