Little Hearts Matter are thrilled to bring back the ever popular Youth Activity Weekend in 2025!

The youth team cannot wait to welcome our youth members aged 12-17 at the Pioneer Centre in Kidderminster from Friday 15th  August to Sunday 17th August 2025.

Here our youth members will have the opportunity to create/revisit friendships with other youth members, join in with fun activities such as the high ropes, zip wire and archery and learn more about managing their life with half a working heart.
