What is a SVH Adult Volunteer?

An SVH adult willing to link with other adult members via phone/email/text/social media. These volunteers will offer peer support to help rid the feeling of isolation on the half a heart journey. They will be able to offer insight into life with single ventricle heart disease and offer a listening ear in times of worry and stress.

Adult volunteers will also form the adult council that meet quarterly. They will signpost to other support or information services and report back to the LHM service team.
