What is a Scanning & Filing Volunteer?

We are seeking a volunteer (parent, youth, or grandparent) to assist with scanning documents and uploading them to our shared digital drive.

What you’ll do:

  • Scan paper documents using a scanner
  • Name and organise files correctly
  • Upload documents to the shared drive
  • Help maintain an orderly and accessible digital filing system

Skills & experience needed:

  • Basic computer and scanning skills
  • Ability to follow filing and naming instructions
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality
