
What is a Scanning & Filing Volunteer?
We are seeking a volunteer (parent, youth, or grandparent) to assist with scanning documents and uploading them to our shared digital drive.
What you’ll do:
- Scan paper documents using a scanner
- Name and organise files correctly
- Upload documents to the shared drive
- Help maintain an orderly and accessible digital filing system
Skills & experience needed:
- Basic computer and scanning skills
- Ability to follow filing and naming instructions
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality
