What is a Digital & Admin Fundraising Volunteer ?

Support Little Hearts Matter’s fundraising and appeals behind the scenes. This role is designed to fit around family life, health needs, work, or study, and can be done in short bursts when you’re able.

What you might do

• Share fundraising campaigns and appeals on social media
• Like, comment on, or repost Little Hearts Matter content to help boost reach
• Help prepare thankyou letters, or messages after appeals
• Make friendly thank-you phone calls using approved scripts
• Support simple fundraising admin tasks during busy campaign periods
• Support with simple funding applications using predefined templates
• Help with creative tasks such as basic graphics, posters, or digital resources

Good to know

• No fundraising or technical experience needed
• Tasks are optional and matched to your interests and availability
• Access to personal data is limited and fully supported with GDPR guidance
• You will never be asked to fundraise from your own network unless you want to
