Lisa Davies Steps Down as Chief Executive
After nearly two years as Chief Executive of Little Hearts Matter, Lisa Davies will leave the charity this summer.
Lisa joined the charity in October 2023 and has led Little Hearts Matter through its milestone 30th anniversary year. During her tenure, Lisa has overseen the development and implementation of a new strategic direction for the charity, positioning it for continued growth and impact in supporting individuals with single ventricle heart conditions and their families.
Lisa said: “Leading Little Hearts Matter has been a privilege. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together as a team, and I know the charity is well-positioned for continued success. The families we support inspire me every day, and I will always be a passionate advocate for this cause.”
Asha Ghosh, Chair of Trustees, said: “Lisa has been a thoughtful and dedicated leader during an important period of change for our charity. Her strategic insight and collaborative way of working have helped us grow and strengthen our impact. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I want to thank Lisa for all she has contributed and wish her the very best for the future.”
Rob Legge, Interim CE, will continue to lead the charity alongside the Leadership Team and Board of Trustees while recruitment for a permanent CE takes place.
We want to reassure you that we remain committed to providing a high level of care and support for our members. As a charity, we are working hard to ensure we can provide the services and the expertise that you need, both now and in the future.
Please join us in thanking Lisa for her contribution to the charity and wishing her well with her future endeavours.
