Each year Little Hearts Matter give you the opportunity to light up our website with ‘Lights of Love’ by dedicating a star to a loved one.
Your dedication can be in celebration or in remembrance. Each time a new dedication is received, a new star will be lit on the tree and the dedication added to our website. Please leave your dedication as a comment with your donation. There is a suggested minimum donation of £5 per light.
