Could you tackle miles of mud and obstacles for children with half a working heart? Whether you choose get muddy, have fun at a Color Run or be part of a beautiful running light show in the Supernova 5K, you’ll have a fantastic time knowing that every single step helps the families we support.
The Kelpies Supernova 5K 2017
This fantastic 5K route is a great opportunity to explore the home of two 30-metre high horses! The Kelpies are mythical creatures who love to play at dusk, each one weighs over 300 tonnes. Come and immerse yourself in a light journey with them.
Each runner will receive an LED head torch to wear during the race and take away with you, a drawstring bag, a water bottle, a medal, and a Supernova bandana. There’s no stress, no time limits, and fancy dress is encouraged – it’s an event the whole family can enjoy together.
In addition to the run on Friday 10th November, there are Supernova runs at The Kelpies taking place on Saturday 11th November at 19:00, and Sunday 12th November at 17:00.

Tough Mudder 2017
Tough Mudder is a mud and obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. With no podiums, winners, or clocks to race against, it’s not about how fast you can cross the finish line. Rather, it’s a challenge that emphasizes teamwork, camaraderie, and accomplishing something almost as tough as you are.
Tough Mudders happen all across the country and on various dates throughout the year. Follow the link to the right to find an event near you. With varying distance and difficulty levels available, from the Mini Mudder right through to the 24 hour World’s Toughest Mudder, there’s something for everyone.

Color Runs 2017
Join the happiest 5K on the planet! Color Run will be in London, Manchester and Brighton in 2017 – follow the link to the right for more information.
Thousands of Color Runners start the day in a white t-shirt, getting covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours at five stations around the course. Oh and did we mention you don’t even have to run? You can choose to walk, skip or dance your way around if you feel like it. It’s all about the fun and what gives you the biggest smiles!

Bear Grylls Survival Race 2017

The Wolf Run is Wild Running – a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs.
