The day will consist of a main auditorium event, with speakers for the parents, adults and grandparent members in the morning. And then Fun and Fact sessions for the the 7 to 10 year olds and the 11 to 18 year olds in the afternoon.

We will also be announcing our November Brave Heart Winners, if you would like to nominate a young person, aged between 8 – 18 years of age  head to Brave Heart website pages to find out more. The closing date for nominations is Monday 5th October. "We’ve been shielding and now very nervously trying to get back to some normality...for Toby and his 5 year old sister."

"Hard to believe this was 2 years ago, and then a pic of him now! 😍 We couldn’t have got through our journey so far without the amazing support from the NHS and the LHM team. We will always be thankful."
