We are delighted to invite Little Hearts Matter’s members to join us for an event over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. The last year has been a difficult one for us all. The LHM team have created a summer event, outdoors and full of fun. The event is based in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire, for some this will be local but for others it may be a bit further away. We have created a full fun day but also an opportunity for families who need to stay away to stay on site at a really reduced cost.
Sunday 29th August
A fun filled day with a big top event, magic, circus skills, animal experiences and live music. The LHM team will provide lunch – Barbecues, Hog Roasts and a Tea Tent. Lots of opportunity to meet with each other, have some fun and chat.
Bring your picnic blankets, fold up chairs and small tables. You can even bring your gazebos. Think family friendly festival.
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th (leaving on Monday morning)
Arrive on Saturday, family rooms with en-suite facilities. All meals provided from Saturday lunch through to breakfast on Monday. As well as the LHM day on the Sunday the LHM team have arranged some activities on the Saturday and a bonfire party in the evening.
Costs for the weekend are £99 for adults (anyone over 17), £74.25 for ages 13 – 16 and £49.50 for children aged 4 – 12. Children under 4 are free.
Over the weekend there will be lots of activities and first aid will be available, but on this occasion families will be responsible for their children throughout the weekend.
We hope to welcome lots of members to the event but understandably the last year has made us all cautious. We have created an outdoor event, within all Government guidelines, to be as Covid friendly as we can. If risks are raised over the summer we will postpone the event.
