Congenital Heart Audit – We want to hear the Youth Voice!
The CHAMPION study has been created by the NHS to find new ways to measure the quality of services for congenital heart disease services for both children and adults.
We believe it is so important to try to find out what people living with CHD and their families think is most important to them.
We want to hear your views about your experience of CHD services.
How has COVID-19 affected you and your experience of CHD services?
What does quality of CHD services mean to you?
What information about CHD services did you have when you or your relative was diagnosed?
What information about CHD services would you like to have had?
What information would like to know about longer term outcomes for you or your relative?
The private online discussion groups will open in the summer of 2020 , more details on how members of LIttle Hearts Matter can join the Facebook Groups will be sent to you once you have completed the application form (the link is at the bottom of this page).
To take part you need a Facebook account and must be willing to speak up and give your opinion (the voice of the youth) on certain questions in a closed Facebook group. To fill out the application and become part of this important study CLICK HERE.
