I am a member of the support team and a youth worker with the local authority, working mainly with young people taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh award. I live in Manchester with my 4 boys. Connor, my eldest, nearly 15 years old, was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Connor has since had a heart transplant in 1997, and is now doing great, and becoming a teenager!!
