Why support Little Hearts Matter? - This leaflet explains what we do and can be useful to show to someone who does not know much about our work.

 

 

 

 

 

How Your Fundraising Helps - This leaflet gives examples of how different amounts of money can make a real difference to the families we help. It makes a great poster at fundraising events too!

 

 

 

 

Fundraising Top Tips - This leaflet gives lots of advice about planning your fundraising from collecting sponsorship to organising an event. Very useful if you're planning your own fundraising activity.

 

 

 

 

Fundraising Ideas and A to Z - If you know you want to do something, but you're not quite sure what that something is yet, then this leaflet is for you. Packed with different ideas for events and activities there is bound to be something there to take your fancy.

 

 

 

Benefits for Companies supporting Little Hearts Matter - If you work for a company that is considering supporting LHM then this leaflet explains how a partnership can be of mutual benefit. You can also give it to your employer along with other parts of the pack above to help them understand more about our work. Give as you Earn - This leaflet explains how you can donate regularly to Little Hearts Matter directly from your salary before tax meaning a larger donation at no greater cost to you. It also explains about CAF and the different types of giving.

Fundraising Registration Form - If you are doing some fundraising for us, why not tell us all about it? We can then provide you with any support you may need. Either fill in this form or just pop us an email with the details on.

LHM Sponsorship Form - If you're doing a sponsored event, print off our forms to collect details of your sponsors.

 

 

LHM Gift Aid Form - If you make a donation to us and are a UK taxpayer, you can fill in a Gift Aid form and it will allow us to claim back 28p from each £1 you donate. If you are not sure whether you are eligible to Gift Aid your donation or would like more information, please contact us on 0121 455 8982.

 

LHM Standing Order Form - If you would like to set up a standing order you can download this form to fill in, sign and post to us. You can also use this form to include Gift Aid on a one of donation.
