LHM Sponsorship Form - If you're doing a sponsored event, print off our forms to collect details of your sponsors.
LHM Gift Aid Form - If you make a donation to us and are a UK taxpayer, you can fill in a Gift Aid form and it will allow us to claim back 28p from each £1 you donate. If you are not sure whether you are eligible to Gift Aid your donation or would like more information, please contact us on

LHM Standing Order Form - If you would like to set up a standing order you can download this form to fill in, sign and post to us.
Big Hearted Christmas Card - Download our card to print off in A3 or A4, put it on your workplace wall to leave Christmas messages to colleagues and start collecting donations.
Christmas Card Order Form - If you would prefer to order your Christmas cards offline and pay by cheque you can print off this form to include with your payment.

Virgin Money Giving - If you're collecting money for sponsorship, a special event or in memory why not set up a Virgin Giving page? Everyone can donate via credit or debit card and they do all the hard work, including sorting out the Gift Aid. Plus
more of your donation comes to us than with Justgiving, as their fees are less.
Easyfundraising - why not raise funds for us whilst shopping online? After setting up an account you can choose from a large list of stores to shop online with and they will give a percentage of however much you spend to us. It won't cost you a penny extra, and as many high street stores offer you a discount for shopping online it could even save you money. Now you can enjoy that big shopping splurge just that bit more by knowing that you've helped raise funds for a good cause!
Easysearch - By using Easysearch to search the web instead of Google or another search engine you can raise funds for us at no extra cost or effort to you. We have raised over a hundred pounds from this already.
