Yesterday the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced that there would be changes made to the application and assessment process for Disability Living Allowance.
This information has been posted on the government website
‘The government will introduce a medical test to claim Disability Living Allowance from 2013. You’ll have to take the test whether you’re a new or existing claimant. The test will replace the current application forms.’
This is the only information available at present but the LHM team will ensure that as new information about the process is released it will be made available to all of our members.
