Worthing Seafront - Sunday 13th May 2012
Following the success of last year's event we will again be holding our 5 or 10k On your Marks for Little Hearts run in sunny Worthing.
Worthing is a delight for visitors. Situated between the beautiful South Downs National Park and five miles of award winning coastline, the town welcomes visitors with its superb theatres and attractions, exciting programme of events, friendly restaurants and fabulous shopping by the sea. It is a great place to visit and a wonderful backdrop for our 2012 run.
Join us on Sunday 13th May 2012 for our 9th On Your Marks for Little Hearts event. You can run walk or crawl the 5 or 10k race or the children’s fun run which this year is on the flat course right by the sea.
The event will take place on Worthing Parade from Marine Crescent to the Beach Hotel and registration will open from 9am. Further details and times will be added closer to the event.

On Your Marks for Little Hearts events are a fantastic way to look after your own heart health while raising funds to help Little Hearts Matter continue its vital work, crucial to so many children and their families.
We ask all participants to pay a registration fee and would be extremely grateful if you would aim to raise £100 in sponsorship from family, friends and at work. This money will go directly to support the children born with half a heart and their families coping with the devastating diagnosis and hazardous journey their child will need to take. (Please note that this is just a suggested sponsorship total and we welcome anyone to take part even if they are unable to reach this target as any funds raised).
Please bring your friends and family along on the day, there will be stalls and fun races for the children. We hope to see as many people as possible participating and just enjoying the day.

Due to rising costs we are unable to include a free t-shirt with entry this year but we'd love you to wear one from a previous year or you can buy one on our merchandise page.
