Ian Ash - Trustee

Following a long career in international high tech industry, most recently as the Communications Director at BT, Ian has had a great deal of experience linking the work of industry with that of charities, having built the ChildLine and BT partnership.

For many years he was involved in various local activities with Mencap but his charity work really increased over the last 20 years. He was involved in the creation and growth of ChildLine for ten years. For 14 years he was Chairman of 'Countryside for All', a charity dedicated to providing access to the countryside to those with disabilities. He is currently Chairman of the 'The Diana Award', a charity which gives awards to young people who demonstrate the same caring qualities shown by the Princess.

Ian brings to Little Hearts Matter his vast acumen in business and charity partnership as well as experience in charity management.
