Cycle North Vietnam
Vietnam is an incredibly diverse country, with ancient cultural sites, amazing landscapes and friendly hospitable people. Our challenge explores the remote and traditional North of Vietnam, passing through incredible scenery of karst limestone cliffs, dazzling green rice paddies and lush jungle.
The area is rich in local culture and populated by many ethnic hill-tribes, known as montagnards in Vietnam, who still wear their own colourful dress.
As well as experiencing traditional life as we cycle through sleepy market towns and villages well off the beaten track, we also have time to explore bustling Hanoi, the French colonial capital of the north. This is a wonderful and at times a tough cycle challenge through a land where the bicycle is still the most important mode of transport!
