Open Day 2012

Location: Bethel Convention Centre, West Bromwich, West Midlands

The 2012 Little Hearts Matter Open Day & AGM will be held on Saturday 3rd March at the Bethel Convention Centre in West Bromwich.

9am - registration and a chance to chat with other families. Tea and coffee will be available.
10am - A choice of two workshops, Preparing for the Fontan and Accessing Benefits.
11am - Another chance to chat and light refreshments will be available.
11.30am - Our AGM, an update of safe & Sustainable and a minute's silence to remember all the children who have lost their fight to these serious conditions.
12.00 - Youth council update
12.15 - Key speaker - to be confirmed
13.00 - Lunch
14.00 - Information Fair and coffee and chat
13.00 - Choice of two workshops, Bullying and Life at home with under 2's.
16.15 - The Youth Group's performance.
16.45 - Home time for those leaving or a few minutes to collect the children and head to the dining hall if staying.

There will be an evening meal with an entertainer at 5pm that families can attend if they want to. It is a great chance to have an informal chat and for the children to wind down. The meal needs to be booked in advance so please let us know if you plan to stay - we'd love to see you there. But please be aware that if you change your mind on the day we may still be charged for your meals.

Throughout all the sessions there is a creche available for children aged from birth-10 years with our highly experienced creche team. Children aged 5-10 will have various activities they can take part in. Children over 10 can take part in the youth group activities with our Youth Leader Jon.
